Demo submission
terms.

1. Authority to submit

Only submit material that you created, control or are authorised to send for label review. If a recording contains third-party performances, samples, compositions, artwork or other protected material, you are responsible for having the necessary authority to submit it.

2. No transfer of ownership

Submitting a demo does not transfer copyright, master ownership, publishing rights or any other ownership interest to #thatechno. Any release, licence or commercial arrangement requires a separate agreement.

3. Review is not a commitment

#thatechno may listen to, download internally for review, discuss or decline submitted material. Submission does not create an obligation to listen, reply, release, sign, license or enter negotiations. A positive discussion is not a binding commitment unless confirmed in a separate agreement.

4. File handling

Demo submissions are processed through #thatechno’s official Label Engine A&R submission interface. File types, limits and transfer behaviour are governed by the submission interface shown at the time you submit. Keep your own masters and permanent backups; a demo intake service is not an archival service.

5. Confidentiality

Unsolicited submissions are not treated as confidential unless #thatechno has expressly agreed otherwise in writing beforehand. Do not submit information that requires a confidentiality obligation you have not first agreed with the label.

6. Responsible submissions

Do not send unlawful, malicious, infringing or deceptive material or use the submission system for unrelated bulk files. #thatechno may disregard submissions that misuse the service.
